Are your tickets legit?
Our tickets are always 100% real and backed by the Lea Guarantee. Your tickets are always guaranteed to be delivered before the event. If you do encounter an issue, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
What is the Lea Guarantee?
We guarantee that you will always receive 100% valid tickets to any event you purchase through Lea. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your tickets, we'll go out of our way to find replacements. If we can’t find replacements, we will give you 200% of your money back
What do you use for payment security?
We process all payments through Braintree, a secure payment processor. We don't store any of your credit card information on our own servers. You can read more here: https://www.braintreepayments.com/features/data-security
My event has been cancelled. Now what?
Bummer! If the event is cancelled and rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will get a refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Lea accepts all major credit cards, including Amex, Paypal and Venmo. We’re working hard to add Apple Pay & Android Pay shortly!

Lea was built by the mad geniuses at Amplify Labs, a group of live music fanatics. Lea was created to make the experience of purchasing & discovering tickets super seamless!
Where does Lea get tickets from?
Lea was built to use a variety of sources to find you the absolute best tickets. Lea searches through primary ticket vendors as well as ticket re-sellers. Resold tickets may have the original purchaser's name on them, but they are yours and only yours once we send them to you.
